Up Top - Motel and Family Cottage

The motel rooms, not on the water,
have one queen bed or two double beds, cable TV, AC, bathroom
with a shower and a kitchenette or refrigerator and coffee
maker. Our six unit motel, not on the water, is set off the
highway and is about a quarter of a mile from our shorefront but
has no ocean view. Our guests have the use of our shorefront
and there is plenty of parking along the shore.

| In the two bedroom family cottage, not on the water, each of the bedrooms has one queen bed, one twin bed, cable TV, AC and a bathroom with a shower. A kitchenette, dining table and chairs are located in an alcove, off one of the bedrooms. There is a connecting door between the two bedrooms and each room has its own outside entrance. |
